Run a supplier site, a trade association page, a franchise or dealer network, or a blog your customers actually read? Put a working calculator on it. These five are free to embed: your visitors get the math on your page, and the calculator carries one small line — “Powered by AltaPoint” — linking back to the full tool. That’s the whole deal.
How it works
Copy the code under the calculator you want and paste it where the page should show it. The calculator loads from our servers, works exactly like it does here (same math, same assumptions printed), and sizes itself to its container. Add the small resize script once, at the end of your page, and each frame will also adjust its height as results change.
Auto-resize script — paste once per page, after the embeds:
<script>
window.addEventListener(‘message’, function (e) {
var d = e.data || {};
if (d.type !== ‘apftEmbedHeight’) return;
var f = document.querySelector(‘iframe[data-apft=”‘ + d.key + ‘”]’);
if (f) f.style.height = d.height + ‘px’;
});
</script>
Mulch Calculator
See it full-size — cubic yards and bag counts by area and depth.
Free to use on any website, commercial or not. No account, no key, no fee.
The attribution line stays. The “Powered by AltaPoint” link at the bottom of each calculator must remain visible and unmodified — it’s the only price.
Don’t repackage it. Embedding as provided is the offer; wrapping the calculator to present it as your own tool, or stripping the attribution, isn’t.
As-is. The math is planning math with its assumptions printed on the full pages; your visitors’ orders are their call with their supplier, same as here.
Want a calculator we haven’t made embeddable yet, or a co-branded version for a network? Ask us — the rest of the library is on the Field Calculators hub.
More calculators your visitors can run: the five above are the embeddable set for now. Until the rest join it, your visitors can run the Paint Calculator, the Roofing Calculator, and the Drywall Calculator here in full — and if one of them belongs on your site, tell us and it moves up the embed list.
