How does the $2,500 credit work?
Every dollar of your audit payment comes off your build price, as long as the build starts within 90 days of your handover call. If you decide not to build, you keep the roadmap, the quick wins, and everything we set up.
What do builds typically cost?
Project-priced from $2,500 to $30,000+, depending on scope. Most land between $7,500 and $15,000. Your audit includes a firm fixed quote — you'll know the exact number before committing to anything.
How long does a build take?
Depends on scope. A single workflow can go live in a week or two; a full multi-workflow system typically runs 4–8 weeks. Your audit roadmap includes a timeline.
Do I need technical experience?
No. If you can use email and a smartphone, you can use what we build. We train your team hands-on and document everything in plain English.
What happens to my business data?
Your data stays yours. We work with least-privilege access (only what we need, nothing more), we never sell or share your information, and access is revoked when the engagement ends. Details are covered before we start.
What if the audit finds AI isn't worth it for me?

Do you work with the software I already use?
Yes — that's the preference. We build inside your existing tools (CRM, email, calendar, project software) rather than making you adopt new ones. If a new tool is genuinely needed, we'll explain why before recommending it.
