The one rule for everything: AI drafts. You decide. Every output gets your eyes before it goes to a customer. Every number gets your judgment before it goes on paper. AI is the apprentice — you’re still the licensed pro.
THE CURRICULUM
Two live sessions, one homework week, 30 days of support. Here’s the path:
MILESTONE 1
What AI actually is (and isn’t). The simple framework for talking to it: Context → Task → Format. The one rule that governs everything: AI drafts. You decide.
MILESTONE 2
Estimate drafting and follow-up writing, built live on your real jobs — not toy examples.
Use case: it’s Friday at 4pm — the bid goes out by 5.
MILESTONE 3
Review responses in your voice. Job notes dictated into clean records. The 10-minute morning plan that sequences your day.
Use case: Monday, 7am — your day sequenced by revenue and drive time before the first coffee’s done.
MILESTONE 4
What AI can’t do, and where your judgment stays in charge. Nothing customer-facing goes out without your eyes — ever.
MILESTONE 5
The morning/evening routine that makes it stick — plus 30 days of support while the habit forms. Prompt fixes, new situations, questions on your workflows.
HOW IT WORKS
SESSION 1
75 minutes. What AI actually is — and isn’t. The Context → Task → Format framework for getting useful output every time, practiced live on your real day-to-day: estimates, follow-ups, job notes. You leave knowing exactly where AI fits in your week.
HOMEWORK WEEK
Practice on your real work: draft an estimate with AI and compare it to yours, rewrite three stale follow-ups, run your morning routine through the framework. Nothing goes live, nothing ships — you’re building judgment, not systems.
SESSION 2
75 minutes, one week later. Homework review, the honesty module (what AI is bad at), your 15-minute daily routine — and a clear map of where AI fits in your business from here: what to handle yourself, and what’s worth hiring out.
30 DAYS
Message anytime after Session 2; response within one business day. Questions as you practice, help applying the framework to new situations. Both sessions recorded and yours to keep.

Both sessions are recorded and sent to you within 24 hours. The live working time is where the real value is — that’s why we run cohorts on weekday evenings — but the recording plus the 30-day support covers you if something comes up.
One AI account, about $20/month — we’ll tell you exactly which one before Session 1. That’s it. No other purchases, no upsells inside the Sprint.
The workflows are built around universal contractor pain — estimates, follow-up, reviews, job notes, planning. The prompts get customized to your trade in Session 1, using your real jobs as the working material. If your business has customers, bids, and a phone, it applies.
The Sprint teaches you to run AI yourself — it’s training on your business. The Audit is diagnostic: we dig into your operations, map your biggest time-wasters, rank what to automate, and set up quick wins for you. Many Sprint graduates go on to the Audit, and your full Sprint fee counts toward it for 30 days. The Sprint doesn’t ship systems — that’s what the Audit and Build are for.
